Our company is focused on people who are the cornerstone of our success, that’s why skill development is something we invest in and devote time to. Training and upgrades allow us to keep up with national and international markets and to pass on to clients the professionalism and quality of our people.
We wanted to invest in improving Steve and Giovanni’s skills through the Business Essentials course organized by the CUOA Business School, an important school that has been training the managerial class for over 60 years to develop the business system. Business Essentials is a general management course that increase a broader and more complete view of business management, dedicated to those who want to expand their skills for innovative and cross-functional business management.
Both attended the course in the last quarter of 2022, passing all the necessary exams. During the training, they deepened the basic elements of strategy, knowledge of different company structures and change processes, acquired the knowledge and tools to read and interpret the company’s economic-financial data, of the global vision on operational and marketing processes.
The improvement of Steve’s and Giovanni’s professionalism stems from the need to give more suitable tools to increase knowledge and train their skills, to develop a broader and more up-to-date view of the company, helping us in the achievement of certain business objectives, such as how to interpret the market and economic-financial magnitudes, competition and strategic corporate positioning, or how to evaluate results and strategic choices on long and medium-term outcomes.
We are confident that all this work will be useful both for Steve and Giovanni and also for Officine Dal Zotto, which has believed in continuous innovation for years.
