On Wed. March 23rd 2022, we had the pleasure to partecipate to the event organised by the Associazione Arma Aeronautica – Aviatori d’Italia, at the Aula Magna of the Ex Collegio Aeronautico in Forlì, on the theme “The Royal Air Force: the records Era and the air operations”.
The conference is part of a broader project called “100 years of commitment of the Air Force in the service of Italy” structured in 14 conferences in various Italian cities, organised by the Associazione Arma Aeronautica – Aviatori d’Italia, which is part of the programm of celebrations for the centenary of the establishment of the Air Force in March 2023.
Part of the event was dedicated to relations between industry and the Air Force, where all the companies in the IR4I cluster met.
During the meeting, Dr. Gaetano Bergami, President of the Emilia-Romagna Aerospace District, presented the various companies. His impressions of the outcome of the conference were satisfactory: “The guests were surprised by the technologies and products that our thirty selected companies make.
The strengths of our companies are their technological capacity, their speed in producing new products and entering new sectors according to market demands”.
Oscar Dal Zotto also responded to the importance of being part of the IR4I cluster business network: “It is fundamental not only for visibility, but for the relationship that has been created between the members of this cluster. I would like to thank Dr. Bergami, who is a key person for all of us and who introduced us to each other, and thanks to him we are creating collaborations between us as well as having the opportunity to present ourselves to important clients that would have been very difficult to do individually.”
The meeting was very interesting for us, especially because we were able to meet the spokespeople from important companies with a very high level of quality and precision.
