Team building is a really important aspect for us because it helps people, both employees and partners, to work together serenely and effectively, creating a strong team spirit, which is crucial to achieve satisfactory business results.
The good atmosphere in our company is also built through moments of conviviality and activities in which we can all feel relaxed among colleagues without the limitations that can be created in the company, during working hours, between deadlines and roles to be respected.
Over the years, we have organized several occasions of this kind, lived outside the work environment, such as go-kart races and mountain hikes; the latest was a night hike in our wonderful Vicenza Pre-Alps, the ‘Little Dolomites’.
Meeting point in Torrebelvicino, from here we started our hike towards Campogrosso, an alpine pass at 1,460 metres above sea level between the provinces of Vicenza and Trento, where the Carega and Pasubio massifs and the valley opening onto the villages of Alto Vicentino stand out. During the walk, we reached the Avis Bridge, a striking Tibetan bridge almost 105 metres long that connects Pian delle Fugazze with the Campogrosso refuge. It was a very intense and adrenalin-pumping moment because the steel bridge is suspended 35 metres above the void, definitely not suitable for those suffering from vertigo.
The evening ended at the table, with a delicious and well-deserved dinner of typical mountain dishes at the Campogrosso alpine hut.
Beyond the details, what we would like to share is the value of the group that is transmitted by building and facilitating working relationships even outside the usual context, in situations other than everyday life, in the midst of nature for example. These are valuable opportunities to get to know each other better, involving also the personal sphere, which is not always possible in the company. We are of the opinion that we can grow as a group also in this way, experiencing moments together in contexts other than everyday life, and then bringing new energy and ways of interacting at work.
“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success” (Henry Ford).
