Despite the peculiar beginning of the year, characterized by the Covid-19, 2020 brings to Officine Dal Zotto also good news: in the coming weeks the new Gantry Machine Tools “FPT DINOMAX“ will be finally installed!
It is a high-performance machine, equipped with 6 axes and thanks to an accurate ability it is perfect to process medium and large items, with very high precision and speed. It is used for aeronautical and energy industry machining but also for all other sectors where high performances are required.
One of the distinctive features of this machine tools is the control of thermal drifts, which is managed both through the thermostatization of internal heat sources and also through a thermosymmetric model, allowing to follow synchronously the temperature changes of the item.
This new investment in the production area combines high productivity needs with flexibility and precision and it goes alongside other investments we did in the last period also in the design and development area.
A new aim that will implement our presence in the aerospace sector and in those industries characterized by executive complexity.
